La presente Convenzione redatta in due esemplari in lingua danese, francese, inglese, italiana, olandese e tedesca, ciascuno di detti testi facente ugualmente fede, è depositata negli archivi del Segretariato del Consiglio delle Comunità europee e presso il Segretariato degli Stati ACP che ne rimettono copia certificata conforme al Governo di ogni Stato firmatario.
IN FEDE DI CHE, i plenipotenziari sottoscritti hanno apposto le loro firme in calce alla presente convenzione.
