Art. 2
In vigore dal 13 giu 1989
1. La richiesta del titolo non può riguardare un quantitativo superiore a 150 t per ogni interessato agente in conto proprio.
2. Nella richiesta di titolo e nel titolo d'importazione è indicato, nella casella 8, il paese terzo di cui il prodotto è originario. Il titolo obbliga ad importare da tale paese.
3. Nel titolo è riportata, nella casella 20, una delle seguenti indicazioni:
- Producto ACP/PTU:
- no ha lugar a exacción reguladora
- apartado 3 del artículo 9 y apartado 2 del artículo 1 del Reglamento (CEE) no 486/85
- debe presentarse EUR 1
- AVS/OLT-produkt:
- fritagelse for afgift
- forordning (EOEF) nr. 486/85: artikel 1, stk. 2, og artikel 9, stk. 3
- EUR 1 skal forelaegges
- Erzeugnis AKP/UELG:
- Freistellung von der Abschoepfung

- EUR 1 vorzulegen
