In vigore dal 18 feb 2003

Le modifiche delle appendici eventualmente necessarie in seguito alle modifiche dell'allegato o delle appendici dell'accordo in forma di scambio di lettere tra la Comunità europea e la Federazione russa, o le modifiche delle norme comunitarie in materia di statistiche, regimi doganali, regole comuni per l'importazione o vigilanza delle importazioni sono adottate secondo la procedura di cui all', paragrafo 2. Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il quindicesimo giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea. Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in ciascuno degli Stati membri. Fatto a Bruxelles, addì 18 febbraio 2003. Per il Consiglio Il Presidente N.
