In vigore dal 28 nov 1990
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il 1o dicembre 1990 .
Esso si applica alle operazioni di ammasso privato avviate a decorrere da tale data .
Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in ciascuno degli Stati membri .
