General importation and marketing rules

Article 3 General importation and marketing rules Unless otherwise provided for in the Agreement in this Annex, importation and marketing of the products referred to in Article 2 of this Protocol shall be conducted in compliance with the laws and regulations applying in the territory of the Party.
