Estensione al territorio di Fiume delle disposizioni che disciplinano il servizio metrico nel Regno, ed al territorio di Fiume nonche' a quello delle nuove Provincie in genere delle disposizioni che regolano il servizio facoltativo del saggio e del marchio dei metalli preziosi.
