Col quale sono stabilite le norme con cui devono proporsi le opposizioni tendenti ad impedire la consegna dei nuovi titoli agli esibitori degli antichi Certificati, ed a sospendere il pagamento delle rate semestrali sulle rendite gia' unificate.
