Che da' al Comando locale di Marina militare istituito provvisoriamente alla Spezia con R. Decreto 22 giugno 1865 gli attributi e la posizione di Comando in Capo di Dipartimento marittimo, col titolo di Comando in Capo del golfo della Spezia.
Abrogato dal 5 ottobre 2019 20 articoli 4 vigenze storicizzate
